Cancelation Policy for Big Ampersand™

Here's what I can share about the cancellation process and policy for Big Ampersand™. We offer 2 membership payment plans with slightly different policies.

Please review both the Quarterly/Monthly and Annual membership options and their respective policies below to help you make the best decision for your needs.

Quarterly/Monthly Subscribers to Big Ampersand™:
To cancel your quarterly or monthly membership, simply email your request to [email protected].

Please note, your cancellation request must be received no later than one day prior to your next scheduled billing date. After your membership renews, we offer a 48-hour grace period for you to cancel and request a refund. Any requests received more than 48 hours after your billing date will be processed under your next billing cycle.

Our team will notify our billing department and process your request accordingly.

Please note, our team works Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm CET. We can address any requests once we've returned to the office. However, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect on your statement due to standard banking practices, which are outside of our control. We’ll do our best to minimize any delays.

Upon cancellation, your Big Ampersand™ access will be revoked on your next billing date, and no further fees will be charged.

Please note, by canceling your membership, you’ll forfeit access to all elements of Big Ampersand™ and any other member benefits. Additionally, you will lose your pricing tier, meaning that if you decide to rejoin in the future, you will be subject to the current pricing at that time.

Outside of the 48-hour grace period, we do not offer refunds for quarterly or monthly membership fees. You can cancel your membership to ensure no further billing, but we do not offer refunds or credits for any prior charges.

Annual Subscribers to Big Ampersand™:
With the annual subscription, you pay for the full year of Big Ampersand™ upfront.

This fee automatically renews each year on the anniversary of your original subscription date.

By paying annually, you save the equivalent of 2 months off the monthly price over the course of the year.

Because we offer such a significant discount for the annual subscription, you will be committed for the full year. To ensure fairness and give you a chance to try the membership, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for the annual subscription.

 We do not offer extensions outside of this policy, and once the 14-day period has expired, no refunds are available.

Due to the 16% discount on the Yearly Plan, we extend the 14-day money-back guarantee. After this period, we do not provide refunds, prorated or otherwise, for annual Big Ampersand™ membership fees.
